World Aids Day.

Do you know anyone that is infected with HIV? I do. Have you ever treated someone that is infected with HIV? I have. Have you ever worked with someone that is infected with HIV? I have done that also.

AIDS and HIV is still a serious issue in our world. The spread has not been contained, and it seems that there is still a lack of education. I am joining in with Bloggers Unite to try help spread the word on this cause. It is important that all people educate themselves and try to educate others about the dangers of this disease.

Like I said in the introduction to this article. I have known many people that are infected. They are normal people just like you and I. Luckily for some of them they have been able to be treated and are still living healthy lives. Others that I have known were not so lucky. During my times as a EMT I have seen many that did win the fight against this disease.

People are dying daily across the world. Men women and children of all ages. Help spread the word about this deadly disease. Awareness can sometimes be it's best defense. For more on this you can visit the Center For Disease Control. It could happen to you.

It's great to remind those people who are oblivious that people with HIV are all around them.
