The Rev. Al Sharpton was arrested today in New York after organizing a protest that shut down part of the traffic in the city. He was among 200 others that was arrested also.
I understand that a lot of people do not agree with the outcome of the trial. But why disrupt everyones life just to make your point? What they did was dangerous. What if someone had died because they could not make it to the hospital because of people blocking the road. Or what about the people that may have been late for work, or maybe missed an important appointment or something. They could have been holding up one of the Judges of the Appeals Court that might be looking at the case. How would that affect things.
50 shots is a whole lot of bullets flying into one car. I honestly agree with that. And having one Judge make the decision in a case like this should be looked at. But blocking roads and creating problems is not the way to do things.
